Situated on the upstairs level of the building.
Accommodates 30 - 80 persons seated (minimum charge 30 persons)
Has partial black-out capabilities.
Suggested arrangement of tables within the room is either:

open-faced round tables of 6 – 8 people per table (up to 80 persons total)

Better suited for presentations requiring projectors and screen, and larger meetings.
A lecturn and fixed microphone is included as part of the room fixtures.

Additional in-house conference equipment may be hired for use in the Roe Room as below:

Drop down data projector with screen 200
Drop down screen only 50

Any other equipment may be quoted for as requested from an external company, or the client may choose to supply their own.
