Tarago River Gippsland Blue 16.5

• Made in Northwest Gippsland from Friesian cow's milk, this Gorgonzola style cheese has a wonderful natural grey rind, distinct yeasty mould flavour and is beautifully soft and creamy. It is uniquely matured in an underground cellar, which allows the cheese to breathe and mature naturally.
  

Guilloteau Fromage d'Affinois 18

• This delicious creamy cheese made in the Guilloteau Fromagerie in Lyon France. Through the use of the filtration method, the cheese develops a rich and creamy texture on the palate to be enjoyed with either a light Pinot or robust white wine. The texture is slightly silky with no added cream or milk. Made from cow's milk, this surface-ripened cheese is a new cheese to France and has a lovely soft but flavoursome finish that lasts.
  

Black label wax cheddar 16

• Selected from the best cheddars in the dairy and aged for a minimum 24 months. Black wax cheddar is rich, full flavoured cheddar with a slight fruitiness and a big, sharp, full flavoured bite. The longer it matures, the more crumbly it becomes.
  

Meredith Farm Chevre Ash 16

• The cheese texture is unique and can’t be replicated using cow or ewes’ milk. The Meredith Dairy “Fromage de Chevre” is made from the highest quality goat milk and the mildest lactic dairy cultures. This cheese exhibits the best characteristics of fresh goat's milk.
