Fresh rustic bread rolls, Lescure butter and olive oil

Soup of the day

Nor West scallops, sliced San Daniele Parma ham, seared scallops,

olive and tomato crostini with organic olive oil

or

Half quail, partly boned, grilled with pumpkin puree, black pig chorizo,

brussel sprouts and red wine pear 

Main Course

Fish of the day, simply grilled served with avocado and tomato salad,

organic olive oil and smoked sea salt

or

Dry aged sirloin of beef, char grilled, buttered sugar snap peas,

sautéed Kipfler potatoes, smoked tomato butter

or

Mount Barker chicken breast, oven roasted, sautéed courgettes,

Morcilla sausage, polenta, hollandaise sauce

Garden salad, mixed leaves, cucumber, fresh tomato,

balsamic and olive oil dressing

Dessert

White chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate mousse served

with raspberry compote, crushed honeycomb

Orange flourless cake with orange salad and citrus Grand Marnier
